  • A Workflow Map is a visual view of an end-to-end process - showing how work moves from start to finish, including roles, systems, and handoffs across teams. It's used to create shared understanding, spot bottlenecks, reduce duplication, and identify what friction points need fixing.
  • We facilitate workshops, using Miro, to capture end-to-end workflows, clarify ownership, and identify platforms used. We record sessions and use AI to assist us with creating the diagrams. Changes needed are surfaced from your team members themselves - then we prioritise together.

Teaming Alignment Workshops:

  • A series of 3 workshops, using Miro, a week apart, designed to align team members to structure, purpose, and each other. Perfect for merged teams, growing teams, or teams that have lost their groove.

Working Smarter Across HR Teams

One of the businesses within the group was preparing for significant expansion, placing pressure on recruitment and retention. Rather than immediately increasing HR headcount, leadership explored whether existing HR teams across the group could collaborate more effectively to support growth. Each business had its own HR processes, tools, and ways of working, with limited visibility across the wider cluster. The goal was to improve collaboration, create clearer ownership of key HR processes, and work smarter without adding complexity. We partnered with the Head of HR for the Data & Tech cluster to design and facilitate collaborative workshops using Miro as a shared working space. HR teams mapped current processes, shared tools and collateral, explored recruitment and retention challenges, and identified opportunities to improve ways of working across the group. The result was stronger collaboration, clearer accountability, better visibility across HR practices, and a more connected HR function positioned to support growth more efficiently.
